Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Different types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic in nature, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts without our fault
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or declined.
Once your refund is approved, it is processed and a credit is automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take a while for your refund to be officially processed.
After that, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

Sale Items
Only items at regular price can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@ledshoponline.be and send your article to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the donor had the order sent to themselves first to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
