1. Photos, images

The pictures and images used on the website may differ from the original. Therefore, the images and photos are not binding.

2. Prices

The prices on the website are guide prices. Prices are subject to reservation, exhaustion of stock and possible printing errors. Prices include VAT and do not include recupel, bebat or other taxes. The standard recupel prices are used as prescribed on http://www.recupel.be

3. Order, payment

Upon receipt of your order, we will issue a final order form. Payment must be made upon acceptance of this order form. An order will only be accepted by us upon receipt of the full amount. We do not accept checks. This means that we only accept an order when the total amount of the order is in our account.

4. Delivery, delivery costs

We deliver the goods by courier. For this we charge a fixed rate of 6.95€ both Belgium, Netherlands and other selected countries, above €50 shipping is free. Costs for rush orders are always charged to the customer.
All shipments travel at the risk of the consignee. Furnishing and alteration of the place(s) where the equipment is installed are the responsibility of the customer, who is liable for any damage to the equipment, as well as for any additional costs incurred by ledshoponline.be as a result of untimely, incorrect or inadequate performance. ledshoponline.be is not liable if and insofar as its commitments cannot be met as a result of force majeure. Force majeure shall mean any strange cause, as well as any circumstance, which reasonably should not be at its risk. Delay or non-performance by our suppliers, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, supply delays, negligence by suppliers and / or manufacturers of ledshoponline.be. As well as of auxiliary persons, illness of personnel, defects in auxiliary or transport means count explicitly as force majeure. Your order will be handled with care. If delivery is delayed or proves impossible, we will also inform you.

5. Cancellations, return of goods, right of recourse with us 30 days reflection period

In case of cancellation for undetermined reason, please email this to us.

Of course, it can always happen that you are not satisfied with one or more products received. If this is the case, the product may always be returned, in its original condition and packaging.

Ledshoponline.be has a 30-day cooling-off period. For pro customers with VAT number we use 14 days. Within this period you may view the ordered product, as you would in a store. If the product is no longer complete or looks visibly used, we unfortunately cannot take it back. When in doubt about this we always advise you to contact us, so you will not be surprised afterwards. We also do not take back products in case of a return.

Returning a product paid for with ecocheques? Then we will not give you money, but a shop credit back. This credit can be used to purchase another product in our webshop. Only our customer service can apply the credit. Please contact us if you want to order something to use the credit.

6. Warranty

Every product in our range has a standard 2-year warranty.
Some products have longer warranty periods.
The warranty period can be found in the product description on our site.

If problems are due in whole or in part to improper, careless use and/or installation or if the problem is due to external causes, the warranty is no longer applicable.
Beware of enclosed fixtures, this can drastically reduce the life of an LED bulb.

You cannot make a warranty claim if:

- defects or wear due to negligent maintenance,
- If changes have been made in or to the item by third parties,
- If the date on the invoice has been changed or made illegible,
- due to defects caused by non-intended or improper use such as failure to follow the accompanying instructions for use,
- damage due to willful or gross negligence,
- in case of external calamity such as lightning strike and the like,
- overheating by central or other heating or by using a higher wattage than prescribed,
- exposure to humidity, extreme heat or sunlight, or extreme cold,
- warranty on power supplies applies only when used for LED products purchased from Yarled - LEDshoponline,
- costs caused by third parties to repair a defective item will not be reimbursed.

7. Return

Return procedure: the invoice number must be clearly noted on the return package. Returns without an invoice number and a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted. Goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging, with all cables, power supplies and accessories, within 30 days of delivery. Incomplete products will not be accepted. All shipping and handling charges must be paid in advance by the customer. We do not accept cash on delivery
