Orders and shipping
Shipping costs under €50 are €6.95 for home delivery and €4.95 for at a collection point. Above €50, shipping is FREE.
Delivery is 1 to 2 days in the Benelux. To other countries it is 2 to 5 days.
You can do this at checkout or at the top of My Account.
You can change your shipping address at the checkout of your order at the bottom.
When the order has shipped, you will receive an email with the track number and tracking status.
We do not retain any data.
Yes, there is 21% VAT on the products. For foreign companies outside Belgium with valid VAT no., it is 0% VAT.
