This fourth generation is equipped with SMD LEDs. After years of experience we can confirm this LEDs not only have the highest efficiency and the most beautiful light colour, but are also the most reliable.

SMD LEDs have been used for decades in, for example, digital radio alarm clocks that provide light 24 hours a day. They have already more than proven themselves when it comes to longevity. These LEDs have only been available with normal light colors for a few years now.

In YARLED TL version we have applied the very latest SMD LEDs & our new electronics with an efficiency of more than 110 lumens per watt. This is more than twice as much as a conventional one fluorescent tube.

A LED fluorescent you save more than 60% in energy without a noticeable difference in light output. Another advantage is the longer service life.
A normal one fluorescent tube lasts only 10.000 hours in practice, a LED fluorescent tube at least 50.000 hours. In addition to the considerable savings on the energy bill, you also save considerably on replacement costs with LED TL. That is why your regular fluorescent tubes have been replaced by LED fluorescent tubes a very attractive investment that in most cases pays for itself within 2 years and then generates financial benefits for another 20 years.

What makes our LED TL so unique:

For example, our base is a heat-conducting double-walled aluminum frame that dissipates the heat produced by the LEDs through the back of the tube.

You often see LED fluorescent that the LEDs are completely enclosed in a glass tube; the LEDs cannot dissipate their heat properly and will break down much faster. That is not the case with YARLED. Also have our LED fluorescent a frosted glass acrylic cover so that the light is nicely distributed and the LEDs are not visible. This new cover ensures that the switched-on LED TL tube looks exactly the same as a normal one from a distance LED fluorescent. You won't see the difference! The ends are made of extra sturdy plastic so that these tubes are extra durable and during possible
cannot be damaged during transport.

How to install:

• Do you have a luminaire with a starter?
  Remove the starter and replace it with the supplied LED starter and LED tl in it. Done (see diagram)

• Please note!
  If the fluorescent fixture uses a high-frequency ballast, remove it from the circuit and connect it as shown in the diagram below on 1 side.
