1. Photos, images

The photos and images used on the website may differ from the original. The images and photos are therefore not binding.

2. Prices

The prices on the website are target prices. The prices are subject to availability, depletion of stock and possible printing errors. The prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of recupel, bebat or other taxes. The standard recupel prices are used as prescribed on http://www.recupel.be

3. Order, payment

After receiving your order, we will draw up a final order form. Payment must be made upon acceptance of this order form. An order will only be accepted by us after receipt of the full amount. We do not accept checks. This means that we only accept an order if the total amount of the order is on our account.

4. Delivery, delivery costs

We will deliver the goods to you by courier. The shipping costs per country:
Belgium: €6.95 above €50 Free
Netherlands: €7.95 above €50 Free
Other Countries: €9.95 above €75 Free.

Costs for urgent orders are always borne by the customer.
All shipments travel at the risk of the recipient. Design and adjustment of the place(s) where the equipment is set up are the responsibility of the customer, who is liable for all damage to the equipment, as well as for additional costs incurred by ledshoponline.be, as a result of late, incorrect or defective implementation thereof. ledshoponline.be is not liable if and insofar as its obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure. Force majeure is understood to mean any strange cause, as well as any circumstance, which should not reasonably be at its risk. Delays in or default by our suppliers, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in supply, negligence of suppliers and/or manufacturers of ledshoponline.be. As well as auxiliary persons, illness of staff, defects in aids or means of transport are expressly regarded as force majeure. We will carry out your order with the necessary care. If the delivery is delayed or proves impossible, we will also inform you.

5. Cancellations, return of goods, right of renunciation with us 30 days reflection period

In case of cancellation for an indefinite reason, please email us.

It is of course always possible that you are not satisfied with one or more products received. If this is the case, the product can always be returned in its original condition and packaging.

After all, Ledshoponline.be uses a cooling-off period of 30 days. We use 14 days for pro customers with a VAT number. Within this period you may view the ordered product, as you would in the store. The product may therefore be removed from the packaging to view it. If the product is no longer complete or looks visibly used, we unfortunately cannot take it back. If in doubt about this, we always advise you to contact us, so that you are not faced with any surprises afterwards. We also do not take back the products in the event of an exchange.

Are you returning a product that has been paid for with eco checks? Then you will not receive money from us, but a shop credit. With this you can purchase another product on our webshop. Only our customer service can apply the shop credit for you. Please contact us when you want to order something to settle the credit.

6. Warranty

Every product in our range has a standard 2-year warranty.
Some products have a longer warranty period.
The warranty period can be found in the product description on our site.

If problems are wholly or partly the result of incorrect, careless use and/or installation or if the problem is caused by external causes, the warranty no longer applies.
Watch out for closed fixtures, this can drastically reduce the life of an LED lamp.

You cannot claim warranty if:

– defects or wear and tear due to negligent maintenance,
– if changes in or to the article have been made by third parties,
– if the date on the invoice has been changed or made illegible,
– due to defects that have arisen due to improper use or improper use such as not following the accompanying instructions for use,
– damage caused by intent or gross negligence,
– in the event of an external calamity such as a lightning strike and the like,
– overheating due to central or other heating or due to the use of a higher wattage than prescribed,
– exposure to humidity, extreme heat or sunlight or extreme cold,
– warranty on power supplies only applies if they are used for LED products purchased at Yarled – LEDshoponline,
– costs caused by third parties for repair of a defective item will not be reimbursed.

7. Return

Return procedure: the invoice number must be clearly noted on the return package. Returns without an invoice number and a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted. The goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging, with all cables, power supplies and accessories, within 30 days of delivery. Incomplete products will not be accepted. All shipping and handling charges must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept cash on delivery
