Upon receipt of your order, we will issue a final order form. Payment must be made upon acceptance of this order form. An order will only be accepted by us upon receipt of the full amount. We do not accept checks. This means that we only accept an order when the total amount of the order is in our account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Delivery, delivery costs<\/h1>\n\n\n\n
We deliver the goods to you by courier. We charge a fixed rate of 7.95\u20ac for Belgium.
Nederland als andere geselecteerde landen 8.95, boven \u20ac99 is de verzending gratis. Kosten voor spoedbestellingen zijn altijd ten laste van de klant.
Alle zendingen reizen op risico van de bestemmeling. 5. Cancellations, return of goods, right of recourse with us 30 days reflection period<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Of course, it can always happen that you are not satisfied with one or more products received. If this is the case, the product may always be returned, in its original condition and packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ledshoponline.be has a 30-day cooling-off period. For pro customers with VAT number we use 14 days. Within this period, you may view the ordered product, as you would in a store. If the product is no longer complete or looks visibly used, we unfortunately cannot take it back. When in doubt about this we always advise you to contact us, so you will not be surprised afterwards. We also do not take back products in case of a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Returning a product paid for with ecocheques<\/strong>? Then we will not give you money, but a shop credit back. This credit can be used to purchase another product in our webshop. Only our customer service can apply the credit. Please contact us if you want to order something to use the credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n6. Warranty<\/h1>\n\n\n\n
Every product in our range has a standard 2-year warranty.
Some products have longer warranty periods.
The warranty period can be found in the product description on our site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If problems are due in whole or in part to improper, careless use and\/or installation or if the problem is due to external causes, the warranty is no longer applicable.
Beware of enclosed fixtures, this can drastically reduce the life of an LED bulb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You cannot make a warranty claim if:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
- defects or wear due to negligent maintenance,
- If changes have been made in or to the item by third parties,
- If the date on the invoice has been changed or made illegible,
- due to defects caused by non-intended or improper use such as failure to follow the accompanying instructions for use,
- damage due to willful or gross negligence,
- in case of external calamity such as lightning strike and the like,
- overheating by central or other heating or by using a higher wattage than prescribed,
- exposure to humidity, extreme heat or sunlight, or extreme cold,
- warranty on power supplies applies only when used for LED products purchased from Yarled - LEDshoponline,
- costs caused by third parties to repair a defective item will not be reimbursed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Return<\/h1>\n\n\n\n
Return procedure: the invoice number must be clearly noted on the return package. Returns without an invoice number and a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted. Goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging, with all cables, power supplies and accessories, within 30 days of delivery. Incomplete products will not be accepted. All shipping and handling charges must be paid in advance by the customer. We do not accept cash on delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n
